Best Practice For Delivery

The Best practice for our professional courier if no one is home, is to leave the floral arrangement or gift in a safe and sheltered area at the address provided. We are not liable for items left if no one is home, or if items are received and passed over to a concierge, gated security or reception. All of flower order are accompanied with the water source / wet wrapped. Vintage Bloom is not liable for any damaged flower whilst in transit.

Re-delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided or our courier believes the order cannot be left safely, then a re-delivery fee will apply to the same value as the original delivery fee.

The buyer will be contacted before the order is re-delivered and given the option to pay the re-delivery fee or collect from our store in Tokoroa

Delivery Monday – Friday

Our courier deliveries twice a day.

For same day deliveries orders need to be placed no later than 2pm. No specific delivery times can be guaranteed. If delivery is required within a certain time frame, please advise ahead of time or call us to confirm order.

Delivery Saturday

For Saturday deliveries orders will need to be placed via email or phone before 3pm Friday.

We do not delivery on Sunday.

Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day

We do delivery if Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day falls on a Sunday or public holiday. Due to these occasions bringing an influx of orders and to avoid disappointment please order early. Thursday at the latest if not sold our prior.

Deliveries on Mother’s Day and Valentines are at such high volumes, our courier endeavors to deliver in a timely manner, however on these particular occasions we cannot guarantee specific delivery times or confirm what time delivery was made.

Public Holidays

We do not deliver on Public Holidays.

Shipping Fees

A shipping fee is applied to cover the costs of handling and delivering. Shipping fees will be specified during checkout, before your order is confirmed and processed for payment.

Delivery charges include NZ Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders will be shipped for delivery to reach the recipient on the same day as requested. We endeavor to do our best to have an order arrive at your desired time but cannot be held responsible for any deliveries that arrive sooner or later than requested.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made the day prior to delivery in order to receive a refund. If the order is already in transit for delivery unfortunately no refund will be issued.

Rural Delivery

Yes we do Rural Deliveries.

Orders for Rural will incur a higher delivery fee and must be placed with at least 24 hours notice.
